Hey yall! Here’s what you’ll need..
*two filets can feed two people if you cut in half.. depending on the size of the filets* for smaller portions use smaller filets.. you can also sun salmon for chicken! *
1/2 lb medium shrimp
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 cup gouda cheese ( optional) you can stick with only parmesan if you want *
The Juice of one lemon
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
5 strips of bacon ( cooked and chopped)
Cajun seasoning of choice
3 tbs of butter ( divided ) one 2 tbs to cook the shrimp, additional tbs to spread over salmon before cooking ..
Preheat oven to 325..
for medium well salmon cook 12/15 mins
For well done cook 15-17 mins depending on size of filets..
*I used 7 oz filets* .. keep in mind since their is filling between the layers the salmon needs a little more cooking time than usual..
so adjust accordingly..
