While the Warriors were flexing their muscles in the second half of Game 2, Klay Thompson apparently strained one. The sharpshooting guard exited Game 2 of the 2019 NBA Finals with left hamstring tightness, according to the team. He did not return. An MRI on Monday confirmed that Thompson did indeed suffer a mild hamstring strain, and he's listed as questionable for Game 3, according to a press release from the franchise. Thompson hopes to play in Game 3, but a final determination depends on how his body responds between now and Game 3 on Wednesday night. Early on in the fourth quarter, the veteran shooting guard suffered the injury during an awkward landing on a 3-point shot attempt.
