From the DVD "In the Kitchen With Ms Patti" Patti shows how she makes her famous Mac and Cheese.

 

Over the Top Mac n Cheese

1 tbsp light olive oil 1 pound elbow macaroni cooked 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Muenster cheese 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese 1/4 cup Provolone 1 cup (8 ounces) Velveeta cut into small cubes 1/2 lb sauteed shrimp, chopped 1/2 lb steamed lobster, chopped 8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 tsp seasoned salt 2 cups half-and-half 1 tablespoon paprika
