This video features Interstate 5 in the city of Portland, Oregon. This video runs between miles 287-305 and passes by all the major freeways in the Portland metropolitan area. I-5 in Portland is known for heavy traffic congestion and I was luckily filming this on a Sunday afternoon with no issues.
